UI Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead UI Development for automotive embedded infotainment systems
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to the UI Developers team
• Break down projects into manageable components and provide estimates
• Adopt and evangelize new processes and best practices
• Research and propose solutions for software development challenges
• Interface directly with clients to plan and deliver project work

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development as a team leader
• Solid Computer Science fundamentals and understanding of space/time complexity
• Extensive experience in system architecture combining hardware and software
• Strong engineering and program management skills
• Deep understanding of embedded systems and APIs
• Experience with agile methodology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automotive/Embedded Software, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive or Embedded systems
• Web Development experience
• Proficiency in C# language
