UGM Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO team and senior business leaders to execute strategic priorities supporting growth and scalability across Sales and Trading
• Identify and drive front-to-back process improvements to enhance productivity and execution quality
• Support commercial initiatives to optimize client experience and unlock new revenue opportunities
• Deliver data-driven insights to help leadership measure performance and make informed decisions
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Trading, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams
• Proactively design solutions to improve speed-to-market and front-office efficiency
• Maintain awareness of operational and regulatory frameworks to ensure sustainable strategic execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a markets, COO, or strategy role supporting front-office businesses within a global financial institution
• Strong understanding of global markets products such as fixed income, equities, and structured derivatives
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-intensity, front-office environment
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing tools
• Familiarity with Power BI or Alteryx
• Experience with Power Automate or alternative no-code development software
• Knowledge of Data Sourcing and ETL Mapping
