About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical referent for the TEAMS Voice solution
- Perform daily morning checks and service supervision
- Manage on-call duties during non-working hours
- Handle incidents and service requests
- Perform diagnostics to identify causes of malfunctions
- Propose corrections and workarounds for level 2 and 3 incidents
- Manage technical component operations
- Contribute to deployment and migration activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a TOIP Engineer
- Expertise in Alcatel (OXE) ToIP
- Proficiency with Oracle SBC
- Experience with NICE recording solutions
- Mastery of Office 365 cloud architecture (AD, Exchange, etc.)
- Strong teamwork and information sharing skills
- Ability to lead projects and write technical documentation
