UCAS Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Guide and signpost Sixth Form students and families regarding UCAS and university admissions processes
• Develop and deliver UCAS information sessions and workshops for Year 12 students and parents
• Track student progress throughout the application cycle and provide intervention support as required
• Support students through results day and provide guidance on next steps, including Clearing and Adjustment
• Manage communications with external organisations, including universities, colleges, and UCAS representatives
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to inspire students to develop confidence and academic resilience

Requirements

• Proven experience in UCAS coordination
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Ability to deliver engaging workshops and information sessions
• Commitment to working collaboratively within a school environment
• Passion for supporting young people through their academic transitions
