UC Identity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 (L2) technical support for incidents, problems, and critical changes
• Manage Change Management activities including validation, approval, and monitoring
• Conduct technical audits and provide recommendations based on best practices
• Write and update technical documentation such as SOPs and change reports
• Manage major incidents and service requests to ensure service restoration within defined timelines
• Analyze client needs and participate in Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Expertise in Microsoft Infrastructure & Cloud environments
• Proficiency with Active Directory, GPO, and Azure AD (Entra ID)
• Experience with Azure MFA, AD FS, and Azure AD Connect
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
• Proficiency in PowerShell
• Intermediate knowledge of networking and security best practices
• Identity and access management expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certification is a plus
