UAV Tech Lead

Everstar is the first recruitment agency helping miltech companies find talented people and work together towards victory. The team focuses on integrating Ukrainian UAV technologies into NATO markets, with a special focus on the USA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document system architecture, including hardware, software, and integration
• Define key technical specifications such as aerodynamics, stabilization, navigation, power management, and communication
• Organize and conduct prototype testing, including simulations and real flights
• Analyze test results and implement changes to improve UAV performance and reliability
• Coordinate work with hardware, software departments, and manufacturing
• Manage the technical team

Requirements

• Experience in UAV development
• Experience with UAV autopilot systems (ArduPilot, PX4, Paparazzi, INAV, or similar)
• Experience leading technical teams or projects
• Experience with CAD software for mechanical component design
• Proficiency with prototyping and testing tools, including flight simulators
