UAV Avionics Assembler I

Responsibilities

• Assemble basic avionics components and sub-assemblies following work instructions and engineering drawings
• Perform wire preparation tasks including cutting, stripping, crimping, and labeling
• Assist with routing, dressing, and securing wiring in accordance with defined standards
• Conduct visual inspections to identify obvious defects or workmanship issues
• Use basic hand tools and test equipment such as multimeters under supervision
• Accurately complete assembly work instructions and production documentation
• Follow ESD, FOD, safety, and quality procedures at all times
• Support senior assemblers and technicians as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–1 years of experience in electronics, avionics, or precision assembly
• Ability to read basic assembly drawings and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
