UAV Aircraft Assembler IV

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft assembly execution for a production line, cell, or program
• Own workmanship standards and standard work adherence
• Coordinate build sequencing, task prioritization, and flow within the cell
• Partner with manufacturing engineering and quality on process improvements
• Support production readiness, rate increases, and design transitions
• Lead root cause investigations for workmanship-related issues
• Train, coach, and develop aircraft assembly personnel
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, and internal quality systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years of aircraft, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated production leadership without formal people management
• Strong understanding of production risk, quality, and rate balance
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent
