UAV Aircraft Assembler II

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft structures and sub-assemblies to released engineering drawings
• Perform drilling, reaming, fastening, torquing, and sealing operations independently
• Install production-released mechanical and system components
• Route and secure tubing, hoses, and cables per defined standards
• Conduct in-process inspections and identify non-conformances
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation and part traceability via MES
• Execute standard work to meet takt time and schedule requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of aircraft, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in reading drawings, work instructions, and torque requirements
• Ability to work independently in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training or equivalent
