UA Manager

Responsibilities

• Own app install campaigns across AppLovin, Google UAC, Facebook, TikTok, and DSPs
• Manage $500k+ in daily spend and optimize toward revenue and predictive LTV targets
• Monitor live campaigns daily and make proactive budget and bid adjustments
• Lead creative strategy by analyzing top-performing creatives and competitive trends
• Coordinate with the internal creative team to brief and prioritize production
• Manage cross-channel attribution windows and use Adjust MMP for accurate tracking
• Set and optimize against primary KPIs rooted in revenue and predictive lifetime value

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling app install campaigns across AppLovin, Google UAC, Facebook, TikTok, or programmatic DSPs
• Experience managing large daily budgets in a live environment
• Ability to analyze performance data to identify successful creative and plan testing roadmaps
• Solid understanding of mobile attribution and MMP setup (Adjust preferred)
• Experience optimizing toward revenue-based KPIs and predictive LTV
• Proactive problem-solving approach to diagnosing and fixing performance issues
