Twisting Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and workflow within the Twisting department
• Organize shift schedules and monitor employee attendance, tardiness, and time off
• Assign duties to team members based on specific roles and skill sets
• Supervise employees, provide training, and assist with technical tasks as needed
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed safely and effectively
• Plan maintenance schedules for building systems and identify necessary repairs
• Adhere to all company policies regarding health, safety, and employment standards
• Perform daily lift truck safety inspection checklists

Requirements

• Proven experience in Twisting operations
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance environments
• Working knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities appropriately
