TV Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of TV commercials, branded content, and television-related projects from pre-production through post-production
• Develop and manage detailed production schedules, comprehensive budgets, and robust production plans
• Secure necessary permits, releases, and insurance while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
• Manage crew and vendor relationships, including sourcing, hiring, and negotiating rates
• Collaborate with internal creative teams, account teams, and clients to ensure alignment on vision and goals
• Oversee post-production activities including editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects
• Manage location scouting, logistics, casting, set design, and wardrobe
• Oversee audio production including recording, mixing, and mastering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television Production, Communications, Writing, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience as a TV Production & Content Producer in an agency or production company
• Proven track record managing TV commercial production and branded content
• Strong understanding of production workflows and emerging technologies
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Movie Magic Budgeting and editing suites
• Knowledge of camera formats, post-production workflows, and music licensing laws
• Experience working with voice-over talent, recording studios, and celebrity talent
