Turns Helper

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related duties
• Assist with general upkeep, trash removal, and cleaning checks
• Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers
• Drive company vehicles or equipment if required
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Complete work efficiently and professionally
• Communicate with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with residents and staff

Requirements

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, or maintenance preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license may be required for driving roles
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
