Turnover Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of mechanical completion, including both home office and site-based execution.
• Receive, record, and monitor punch list progress, ensuring all items are updated in MILEMATE.
• Monitor discipline completion and issue Discipline Acceptance Certificates (DAC) according to handover procedures.
• Monitor field completion dossier status for subsystems and issue Ready for Commissioning certificates.
• Assign subsystems and check sheets to components/TAGS based on approved ITPs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly mechanical completion reports for construction and commissioning teams.
• Lead the handover of DAC, MCC (Mechanical Completion Certificate), and RFSU with proper documentation.
• Prepare final field inspection certification dossiers and archive all completed documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction or oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience working on at least three major EPC projects within the oil & gas or petrochemical sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a focus on timely problem resolution.
