Turnkey Integration, Validation, Testing and Acceptance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the development of Validation, Testing, and Acceptance (VTA) activities during tender phases, including deliverables, requirement analysis, and planning.
• Define optimal testing programs and produce the necessary test procedures.
• Participate in system testing and commissioning campaigns on-site or on offshore platforms.
• Deploy testing and commissioning tools and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consortium partners, suppliers, and transport operators.
• Ensure compliance with Alstom's processes, values, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or a relevant equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in testing and commissioning processes.
• Understanding of turnkey projects and their associated subsystems or products.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French or other additional languages.
• Collaborative mindset with proactive listening skills and an enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
