About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitment for high or medium critical bids from appointment through to Tender Transfer Meeting.
  • Deliver winning proposals with defined scopes, accurate QCDP commitments, and within defined tender budgets.
  • Coordinate internal activities to identify customer needs and influence customer specifications during the pre-tendering phase.
  • Define bid operational strategies and propose tender project organizations and Work Breakdown Structures.
  • Oversee requirements analysis, gap identification, and ensure compliance of offered solutions against customer requirements.
  • Manage risks and opportunities by organizing reviews and maintaining updated mitigation plans and registers.
  • Prepare all necessary technical and administrative documentation for customer submission, including technical descriptions and project master schedules.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and attend customer negotiation meetings.
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing the First Financial Project Review (FPR0) to ensure a smooth transfer from bid to project execution.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Finance, Legal, or Business Administration.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Project or Bid Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cross-border team management.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional bids.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and contractual processes, including bonds, guarantees, and cost consolidation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions and within limited time periods.
