About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide evening turndown service for up to 15 guest residences per shift
- Tidy rooms and refresh presentation following established brand standards
- Turn down beds, place message cards, and amenities on pillows
- Adjust lighting and music to enhance room ambiance
- Secure balcony doors and close window drapes
- Refresh bathrooms, replace towels, and restock amenities
- Check and clean glassware and replace coasters
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to read and write basic Spanish
- Ability to speak basic English preferred
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
