About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule turnarounds using Primavera P6 software in accordance with company standards
- Collaborate with team members to develop duration and critical path estimates
- Review and validate schedule progress on a regular basis with the turnaround team
- Develop integrated schedules that include pre-turnaround and project work
- Coordinate with operations and contract partners to optimize resources and ensure correct resource loading
- Build detailed budgets using established staffing plan documents
- Communicate the critical path and areas of concern during turnaround execution
- Document lessons learned from all phases of planning and execution
- Utilize and provide feedback on digital tools and turnaround management applications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–5 years of experience in scheduling, project controls, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of scheduling principles, including critical path and resource planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting turnarounds, shutdowns, or industrial project environments
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar systems
