Turnaround Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Schedule turnarounds using Primavera P6 software in accordance with company standards
• Collaborate with team members to develop duration and critical path estimates
• Review and validate schedule progress on a regular basis with the turnaround team
• Develop integrated schedules that include pre-turnaround and project work
• Coordinate with operations and contract partners to optimize resources and ensure correct resource loading
• Build detailed budgets using established staffing plan documents
• Communicate the critical path and areas of concern during turnaround execution
• Document lessons learned from all phases of planning and execution
• Utilize and provide feedback on digital tools and turnaround management applications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of experience in scheduling, project controls, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of scheduling principles, including critical path and resource planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting turnarounds, shutdowns, or industrial project environments
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar systems
