Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in evaluating capital options, maximizing transaction value, and achieving strategic objectives.
• Support the acquisition or sale of distressed assets, business restructuring, and enhanced cash management.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reviews of client operations and provide advisory services on corporate risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams across various strategy and transactions sub-service lines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while advising key decision-makers.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives to promote a high-performing work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in corporate restructuring.
• Strong finance and accounting capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and detailed financial analysis.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 25% to 50% of the time).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Islamic finance.
• Full fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).
• Professional services or consulting background with client-facing experience.
• Auditing experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
