Turnaround Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of Turnaround (TAR) projects to meet scope, budget, and duration deliverables
• Ensure compliance with all Air Liquide HSE policies and governmental requirements while promoting a strong safety culture
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to manage equipment lock-out and safe work permitting
• Drive the optimization of job plans and conduct post-TAR Lessons Learned sessions
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on cost and schedule performance during execution
• Manage Maximo work orders and ensure they are executed according to specific job plan steps
• Coordinate resource requirements and work scope for Field Sourcing Services to ensure cost-effective contracting

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree in a technical field preferred)
• 7+ years of maintenance experience
• 5+ years of Turnaround or Capital project management experience
• Proficiency in Maximo CMMS and P6 scheduling tools
• Experience executing detailed mechanical and electrical job plans
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, potentially on short notice
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the industrial gas industry
