Turnaround Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic turnaround maintenance and corrective maintenance activities within Gulf Coast Pipeline air separation facilities
• Manage TAR execution to meet scope freeze deliverables, including work content, budget, and outage duration
• Model safe behavior, enforce safety rules, and promote a strong safety culture in compliance with HSE and governmental requirements
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to ensure proper scheduling of equipment lock-out and safe work permitting
• Drive the optimization of job plans and conduct post-TAR Lessons Learned sessions
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on cost and schedule performance during turnaround activities
• Ensure strict adherence to the TAR scope change and Field Change Order processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (2-year associates degree in a technical field preferred)
• 7+ years of maintenance experience
• 5+ years of Turnaround or Capital project management experience
• Proficiency with Maximo CMMS and P6 scheduling tools
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, potentially on short notice
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to work self-directed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the industrial gas industry
