About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform periodic turnaround maintenance and corrective maintenance activities within Gulf Coast Pipeline air separation facilities
- Manage TAR execution to meet scope freeze deliverables, including work content, budget, and outage duration
- Model safe behavior, enforce safety rules, and promote a strong safety culture in compliance with HSE and governmental requirements
- Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to ensure proper scheduling of equipment lock-out and safe work permitting
- Drive the optimization of job plans and conduct post-TAR Lessons Learned sessions
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on cost and schedule performance during turnaround activities
- Ensure strict adherence to the TAR scope change and Field Change Order processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (2-year associates degree in a technical field preferred)
- 7+ years of maintenance experience
- 5+ years of Turnaround or Capital project management experience
- Proficiency with Maximo CMMS and P6 scheduling tools
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, potentially on short notice
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work self-directed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the industrial gas industry
