About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the effective utilization of the Turnaround Process (TAR SOP) across all related entities and personnel
- Accountable for safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance at LI NAM sites
- Lead the development of detailed plans and strategies for TAR execution, including coordination with contracted service providers
- Ensure TAR process visibility and reporting through project management tools to identify vulnerabilities and gaps
- Perform TAR scope verification and job plan development, ensuring work orders adhere to maintenance strategies
- Drive material management and QA/QC processes throughout the turnaround lifecycle
- Manage the scope change process and provide accurate reporting on cost and schedule performance
- Support the TAR manager with change orders, resource securing, and schedule optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of TAR management, plant engineering support, or project engineering experience
- Proficiency in Maximo CMMS and P6 scheduling tools
- Knowledge of ASME BPVC (Sections VIII and IX) and ASME B31 codes
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, often on short notice
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work at heights above 50 feet, and enter confined spaces while wearing respirators
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Looker)
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial gas experience
- Familiarity with API 510, API 570, and API 653
- Familiarity with API 579 FFS, ASME PCC-2, and NBIC
