Turn Over Coordinator (ICAPS)

Responsibilities

• Manage System Completion objectives as defined in project handover procedures and schedules.
• Coordinate the interface between Construction and Commissioning teams to ensure progressive achievement of Mechanical Completion.
• Monitor and report all aspects of Mechanical Completion, including the implementation of completion systems and tools.
• Ensure systems/subsystems are completed according to priorities defined in the pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule.
• Oversee progress updates for certification completion and punch list close-out.
• Facilitate Client involvement to obtain approval for Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU).
• Organize weekly meetings with Construction and Commissioning teams to align on handover completion.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly Mechanical Completion reports issued by Turn Over Engineers.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Significant experience in the industrial construction of large or extra-large gas plants.
• Proven track record in similar roles for at least 2-3 comparable large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and management capabilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
