Turf Installer

Responsibilities

• Join synthetic turf installation crews to install athletic field surfaces
• Travel to various project sites across the Eastern United States, primarily in the Southeast
• Operate various pieces of equipment as required for installation
• Follow all company safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
• Collaborate with team members to support overall project goals and provide cross-functional support
• Adapt to various weather conditions and work flexible schedules, including long hours and weekends

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift, carry, and hold 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license and social security card
• Ability to travel frequently and stay overnight at job sites
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required
