Responsibilities
- Apply engineering and industry concepts to solve real challenges
- Work closely with mentors and employees to grow technical and professional skills
- Attend frequent 1:1s with mentors and supervisors for progress updates
- Support build activities in a fast-paced development and production environment
- Participate in tech talks and networking events
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate program in engineering, physics, or math
- At least one semester of school remaining post-internship
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- 3+ months of applied engineering experience (internship, lab, or project work)
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks starting August or September 2026
Preferred Qualifications
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- 6+ months of applied engineering experience
- Experience with CAD/CAM (Solidworks, Catia, NX)
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) experience
- Proficiency in ANSYS, Matlab, Python, or Solidworks
- Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid mechanics
- Experience with aerodynamics or compressible flow
- Hands-on hardware experience
- Basic understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
