Tungsten Capture Consultant

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Tungsten/Kofax environments across Dev, Test, and Production
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability while performing upgrades, patching, and backups
• Configure capture workflows, batch classes, queues, and job profiles
• Maintain KTM projects, including OCR, classification, and extraction rules
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and Active Directory integrations
• Troubleshoot workflow failures, OCR issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Support integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and ECM (SharePoint, FileNet, OnBase) systems
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Tungsten/Kofax Capture and KTM
• 5+ years of experience with OCR/ICR and document management systems
• Windows Server administration experience
• 3+ years of SQL Server experience
• 3+ years of scripting experience (VBScript, C#, or .NET concepts)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Kofax TotalAgility and/or Kofax RPA experience
• RPA bot management, scheduling, and monitoring expertise
• Experience optimizing automation workflows and supporting AI/ML-based document processing
