Responsibilities

• Provide qualified support to our well-known customers
• Independently analyze, classify, and process incoming inquiries
• Support ONKOSTAR users in finding solutions via telephone or remote access
• Work closely with customers regarding certifications
• Conduct user training sessions

Requirements

• Several years of experience in tumor documentation
• Experience with reporting to state cancer registries and cancer center certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Very good German language skills (C1 level or higher)
• Flexibility and resilience
• Team-oriented, independent, and structured way of working
