TT Process Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and improvement of manufacturing processes with a focus on stabilization, cost reduction, and variance reduction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM, and TPM.
• Develop monitoring systems to identify trends and anomalies, including waste reduction countermeasures.
• Lead and develop a culture of structured problem-solving within engineering teams.
• Assist production managers with manufacturing process troubleshooting.
• Act as a liaison between the plant and the central process engineering organization.
• Ensure all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in QA or tire engineering.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
