About the Company

Rossie is one of Scotland’s longest-established providers of children’s services and one of only four secure care providers in Scotland. The organisation supports vulnerable young people through integrated residential care, education, health, and therapeutic services within a safe and trauma-informed environment.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with fellow Board members and the Executive team
• Support Rossie’s long-term sustainability, governance, and strategic direction
• Contribute independent insight and constructive challenge to the Board
• Help shape the future of care provision amidst legislative reform and evolving care models

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in one or more of the following: Commercial Strategy, Organisational Development, Regulated Services, Governance, Compliance, Capital Projects, Estates, Infrastructure, Mental Health, Wellbeing, or Clinical Governance
• Integrity and sound judgement
• Emotional resilience
• Confidence to contribute within a complex and highly regulated environment
