Trust & Safety Operations Analyst, Ads

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-impact Ads Trust & Safety workflows and drive execution across cross-functional partners
• Design and scale systems for Ads Trust & Safety, including enforcement models, escalation paths, quality frameworks, and customer support
• Partner with Product, Policy, and Engineering to implement operational processes, tooling improvements, and automation
• Improve the end-to-end enforcement and advertiser support funnel through frontline enablement and automation
• Drive operational readiness for new Ads and monetization launches, features, and markets
• Use data to identify trends, gaps, and emerging risks across Ads surfaces
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Monetization or Ads policy Operations, Trust & Safety, Business Integrity, or Risk Operations
• In-depth experience leveraging AI models or agent-based tooling in operational workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Strong operational judgment and systems thinking
• Experience working with Product, Policy, Engineering, Sales, and Legal teams
• Proficiency in querying and using data to inform decisions and measure impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate ambiguous risk signals into structured inputs for detection systems
