Trust & Safety Operations Analyst, Ads

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-impact Ads Trust & Safety problem areas from strategy through execution
• Design and scale operational workflows including enforcement models, review processes, and quality frameworks
• Partner with Product, Policy, and Engineering to translate risk requirements into scalable systems and automation
• Improve the end-to-end enforcement and advertiser support funnel through frontline enablement and automation
• Drive operational readiness for new Ads and monetization launches and features
• Use data to identify trends, gaps, and emerging risks across Ads surfaces
• Contribute to the evolution of Ads Trust & Safety cross-functional strategy

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Monetization or Ads policy Operations, Trust & Safety, Business Integrity, or Risk Operations
• Deep familiarity with ads ecosystems and advertiser risk
• In-depth experience leveraging AI models or agent-based tooling in operational workflows
• Proven ability to independently own ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong operational judgment and systems thinking
• Experience working with Product, Policy, Engineering, Sales, and Legal teams
• Comfort using data and operational metrics to inform decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate risk signals into structured inputs for detection systems
