Trust & Safety Operations Analyst, Ads

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-impact Ads Trust & Safety workflows and drive execution across cross-functional partners.
• Design and scale systems for Ads Trust & Safety, including enforcement models, escalation paths, and quality frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Policy, and Engineering to implement operational processes, tooling improvements, and automation.
• Drive operational readiness for new Ads and monetization launches, identifying risks early and ensuring appropriate mitigations.
• Use data to identify trends, gaps, and emerging risks across Ads surfaces to develop metric-grounded solutions.
• Translate ambiguous risk signals into structured inputs for detection systems, including taxonomy design and labeling guidance.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Monetization or Ads policy Operations, Trust & Safety, Business Integrity, or Risk Operations.
• In-depth experience leveraging AI models or agent-based tooling in operational and support workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams and drive projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
• Strong operational judgment and systems thinking to design solutions that scale beyond manual review.
• Proficiency in querying and using data to inform decisions, prioritize work, and measure impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex risk tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
