Trust & Safety Operations Analyst, Ads

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-impact Ads Trust & Safety problem areas from strategy through execution
• Design and scale operational workflows, including enforcement models, review processes, and quality frameworks
• Partner with Product, Policy, and Engineering to translate risk requirements into scalable systems and automation
• Drive operational readiness for new Ads launches, features, and markets by identifying risks and mitigations
• Use data to identify trends, gaps, and emerging risks across Ads surfaces to develop metric-grounded solutions
• Contribute to the evolution of cross-functional strategy regarding automation, classifiers, and self-service tooling

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Monetization or Ads policy Operations, Trust & Safety, or Risk Operations
• Deep familiarity with ads ecosystems and advertiser risk
• In-depth experience leveraging AI models or agent-based tooling in operational workflows
• Strong operational judgment and systems thinking with the ability to design scalable solutions
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and drive them to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex risk tradeoffs
• Proficiency in using data and operational metrics to inform decisions and measure impact
