Trust & Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Trust & Safety team on a daily basis, including recruiting, training, and talent development.
• Monitor team performance through adapted KPIs aligned with Department and Group strategy.
• Optimize processes and workflows to ensure effective combat against malicious or illegal use of products and services (compliance with DSA and LCEN).
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal services, including Support and Sales.
• Conduct "Abuse" training for internal staff and drive its deployment.
• Perform proactive technological and legal monitoring regarding digital law and cybersecurity regulations.
• Manage medium and long-term projects related to the team's missions.

Requirements

• Bac+4 degree in IT, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a legal professional in digital law or cybercrime, or as a Trust & Safety analyst/manager.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing and improving complex processes involving IT tools.
• Professional fluency in both French and English.
• Strong ability to operationalize complex subjects and pedagogical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bac+5 degree in digital law, criminal law, European law, or international law.
• 10+ years of significant experience in cybercrime, digital law, or Trust & Safety.
• Proficiency in a third language.
