Trust & Safety Investigator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze transactions to identify potential fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities
• Utilize data analysis and fraud detection tools to identify suspicious patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Investigate suspicious activities and prepare detailed reports of findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fraud prevention measures and improve security
• Proactively call customers and merchants to verify transaction details
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and fraud prevention technologies
• Work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends, nights, or holidays

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience in fraud prevention or investigation
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Python
