Trust & Safety Associate

Responsibilities

• Vetting and verifying tradespeople to ensure high-quality, trustworthy professionals join the platform
• Delivering a fair, efficient, and customer-focused review process
• Identifying ways to improve Trust & Safety processes
• Collaborating with Customer Support, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams
• Investigating risks and identifying patterns to protect marketplace integrity
• Ensuring positive interactions for both customers and tradespeople

Requirements

• Experience in Trust & Safety, customer operations, fraud prevention, quality assurance, or compliance
• Strong communication skills and good judgement
• Ability to work with internal systems and digital platforms
• High attention to detail and ability to make consistent decisions
• Collaborative and proactive attitude
