About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support quality incidence, A3, and process improvement initiatives, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Monitor and analyze quality and process performance, such as scrap trends and KPI reporting, to implement corrective actions.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities including capability studies, gauge R&R, and regulatory testing.
- Perform data collection and analysis regarding production, rework, and scrap to drive efficiency and cost improvements.
- Conduct routine process audits, machine checks, and warehouse inspections to ensure compliance and operational stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering teams to resolve technical issues and maintain control plans and work instructions.
- Train personnel on standard procedures and process improvements.
- Maintain equipment calibration and ensure adherence to Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) policies.
Requirements
- Associates Degree.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment with exposure to temperature swings and noise.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
