Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with confidence and accuracy
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork to finalize vehicle sales or leases, including financing
• Maintain records of sales, including contact reports, quotes, specifications, and expense reports
• Develop and maintain industry and product knowledge regarding used trucking equipment and features
• Ensure efficient processing of financing and credit approval applications
• Maintain up-to-date inventory and ownership documents for used trucks
• Collaborate with the Department of Transportation to ensure smooth sales transfers and documentation management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in finance
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills for technical conversations regarding truck sales
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships
• Comfortable with face-to-face interaction, telephone communication, and cold calling
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
