Truck Driver (Class B CDL)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate trucks to transport custom glass products to customer locations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Unload glass products at customer sites and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies during transportation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams regarding schedules and issues
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and product handling

Requirements

• Valid Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Air brake endorsement and no license restrictions
• Proven experience operating commercial trucks, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
• Ability to lift heavy loads up to 75lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
• Willingness to comply with background checks and DOT screenings, including drug testing
• Knowledge of safety regulations for transporting fragile materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Massachusetts 1C/1C-2A Hoisting License
