Trivium Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage raw materials, in-process ware flow, subassemblies, and finished goods within the cable manufacturing process
• Perform machine start-ups, change-overs, and monitor production lines to ensure quality and specification compliance
• Conduct PQA checks, report non-conformance, and perform weekly associate maintenance or preventive maintenance procedures
• Handle material logistics including loading/unloading, receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials using cycle counts
• Label and package reels for shipment, verifying QC paperwork, barcodes, and data sheets
• Maintain a clean and orderly 5S-ready workspace and proactively report equipment issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• At least 18 years of age
• Forklift experience
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of machine capabilities
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
