Trim Technician

Responsibilities

• Trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner while ensuring a quality product
• Trim flower by hand and/or using trimming, sorting and packaging equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Track the amount of unusable waste and usable by-products for each plant/batch
• Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies
• Stay on target with daily production metrics

Requirements

• Basic weights and measurement skills with ability to operate a scale
• Ability to focus on detail-oriented tasks for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with extreme care
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must pass required background checks and be approved by state badging agency
• Ability to work in an environment with daily exposure to allergens like cannabis

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior cannabis trimming experience
