  • Define product and quality requirements in collaboration with Quality, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Coordinate industrialization and supply chain by supervising partners (upholsterers, cushion makers) for prototypes, pre-series, and First Article Inspection (FAI).
  • Support certification processes to ensure compliance with safety requirements (flammability, crash) and drive continuous improvement.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management involving soft materials (textile, leather, foam, upholstery) in medium or large volumes.
  • Experience in interior design/outfitting (aerospace, automotive, or marine) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in budget and schedule management.
  • Knowledge of soft materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Fluent English is indispensable for daily interactions with international airlines.
  • Ability to travel frequently in France and internationally (2-3 trips per month) and regular visits to the Angers factory.
