About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome client requests via telephone, chat, and email
- Qualify requests according to nomenclature
- Process incidents following established procedures
- Provide predefined technical responses to user needs
- Ensure follow-up by creating precise intervention descriptions in the incident management tool
- Escalate issues to the appropriate competence center when necessary
- Manage the Back Log
Requirements
- Passion for IT or previous experience in user assistance (IT support, after-sales service, maintenance)
- Trilingual fluency in French, Spanish, and English
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge
- Strong listening, rigor, and adaptability skills
