Tribe Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy across one or more areas and shape the tribe roadmap
• Create alignment across squads and functions by setting common direction and resolving priority conflicts
• Own portfolio outcomes and the metrics narrative by defining KPIs and building visibility through dashboards
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and build durable operating systems that scale
• Coach and develop PM talent through mentoring and clear standards

Requirements

• Proven product leader with experience owning strategy across a complex portfolio or multi-squad scope
• Strong strategic clarity and ability to make tradeoffs that align with senior leadership
• Commercial and data fluency to connect product decisions to business outcomes
