Tribal Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist adult Tribal Members with completing applications and paperwork for P.L. 102-477 programs
• Provide information regarding training, education, employment, and supportive services
• Maintain organized client records, files, and program documentation
• Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems
• Monitor application status and assist clients with follow-up documentation
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Tribal Member information and records
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling and file management
• Assist with compiling program reports and compliance documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of office or administrative work experience
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher education in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience assisting clients in accessing community programs or benefits
• Experience working in Tribal government or social services
• Familiarity with Public Law 102-477 programs
