Trials & Evaluation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product trials, including procurement, configuration, and shipping of hardware and software.
• Coordinate logistics for the Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) trial program, including device staging and installation scheduling.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Cradlepoint renewal process, coordinating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure service continuity.
• Triage incoming trial requests and track active trials to manage post-trial gear returns and inventory reconciliation.
• Build and maintain operational automations using Smartsheet, Slack, and Salesforce to streamline workflows.
• Create and improve process documentation to ensure scalability and consistency across trial operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, program coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (record management and pipeline visibility).
• Proficiency with Smartsheet (workflow automation and tracking dashboards).
• Experience with hardware logistics, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Strong process documentation skills with the ability to create structured, repeatable formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building automated workflows in Slack, Smartsheet, or Salesforce.
• Experience managing vendor or partner renewal processes such as connectivity or software licensing.
• Prior exposure to law enforcement, public safety, or enterprise hardware/software solutions.
