About the role
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day handling of litigation cases
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
- Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
- Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits
- Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Requirements
- Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in AZ
- 3+ years of Personal Injury, auto liability, or MVA experience preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
