Trial Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle a manageable caseload with full autonomy
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct document review and case triage
• Engage in trial preparation and take an active role in trials
• Depose medical and biomechanical experts as needed
• Serve as a key resource and mentor for associates in the Orlando office

Requirements

• Significant civil litigation experience
• Proven trial experience (at least two trials)
• Bodily injury litigation experience
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines
• Leadership potential

Preferred Qualifications

• Auto or premises liability experience
• Experience deposing medical or biomechanical experts
