Responsibilities

• Assist with a vibrant and growing personal injury practice
• Manage state court litigation
• Develop business acumen alongside legal practice
• Handle legal writing including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience
• Experience managing state court litigation (federal court experience preferred)
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Admission to the Iowa Bar required
