About the Company

At Sunday, we're developing personal robots to reclaim the hours lost to repetitive tasks. We're focused on an ambitious goal to make generalized robots broadly accessible, enabling households to take back quality time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for incoming hardware, software and deployment issues
• Support intake and triage across the fleet using a structured taxonomy
• Partner with eval, teleop and engineering teams to catch and capture issues in real time
• Investigate incidents by pulling logs and telemetry and documenting reproducible findings
• Maintain and improve triage documentation, tooling, workflows, and ticket taxonomy
• Track incident trends across the fleet to flag recurring or systemic patterns

Requirements

• Hands-on experience debugging robotics, electronics, or embedded hardware
• Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, computer science, robotics, or related field
• Ability to read logs and telemetry for actionable diagnosis
• Clear written communication for ticket and RCA write-ups
• High agency and ability to prioritize ambiguous issues
• Ability to leverage AI to enhance productivity

• Exposure to eval or teleop data pipelines
